ICTOB is free

Registration, every round, the learning material and the certificates are free. There is nothing to refund.

Paid add-ons

Where we run a paid workshop, summit or printed item, the fee is shown before you pay and is non-refundable once the item is delivered.

Events we cancel

If we cancel a paid event, you are refunded in full within fourteen working days to the original payment method.

Events we move

If we reschedule rather than cancel, your ticket carries over to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, ask for a refund within seven days of the announcement.

How to claim

Email the programme team with the booking reference. Refunds for cancelled events are automatic; everything else is reviewed by hand.
