Partnerships

Keep the competition free

ICT Olympiad Bangladesh has run three national seasons at zero cost to every participant. That is only possible because partners cover the venue, the infrastructure, the mentors' travel and the prize pool. Here is what each format actually pays for.

Venue & infrastructure partner

Host the district, divisional or national round at your campus or branch. You bring the space, the connectivity and the technical desk; we bring the format, the jury and the participants.

  • Lab or hall for 200–800 people
  • Stable internet and projector access
  • Printed signage for the round

Academic partner

Co-author the syllabus for your subject area, run teacher training on the free course catalogue, or host a regional preliminary round for your students.

  • Syllabus and rubric review rights
  • Teacher training for your faculty
  • Co-branded prelim for your campus

Corporate partner

Put your engineers in front of the strongest student cohort in the country. Sponsors a segment, staffs a workshop, and meets finalists at the national round.

  • Segment sponsorship
  • Engineer-led workshop track

Hiring partner

A focused recruiting track: interviews, an intern pipeline and a talent shortlist drawn from the national finalists — segment by segment, class group by class group.

  • Private interview slots
  • Intern and fellowship pipeline

CSR & foundation grant

Fund the parts of the programme that do not carry a logo: travel grants for district mentors, hardware for students who do not own a machine, and the free course production budget.

  • Mentor travel and stipend fund
  • Equipment and connectivity grants

Media & reach partner

Broadcast and print coverage that takes the competition into districts the team cannot travel to every year. In-kind airtime is as valuable as cash here.

  • Broadcast and placement
  • Social and newsletter reach

Why it works

What a partner gets back

Partner organisations are measured on reach and access, not impressions.

64 districts

National coverage from one partnership — not a city, not a campus.

Class 1 to university

Access to every class group, not just the senior engineering talent pool.

Three seasons of delivery

A proven format with published results, not a first-time experiment.

Zero fee, real access

Every participant is free to enter. The partnership widens reach rather than selling a seat.

How sponsorship is structured

Sponsorship is per-season and per-format, never a blanket "title sponsor" buy-out. A partner commits to one format — a venue, a segment, a workshop track, a grant fund — and receives named credit for exactly that scope. Segment and round sponsorship carries the highest visibility; grant funding carries the highest social return.

All partners receive a plain-language impact summary at the end of each season: how many districts were reached, how many students competed, how many mentors were funded, and what the equipment grants paid for. No vanity metrics.

Every partnership decision goes through the same test: does it let a student who could not have travelled compete this season?
